Join the launch event of the Cir©Lean Network, entitled “Industrial Symbiosis as a profitable opportunity for EU businesses to become climate neutral”!
The event will take place on 23 February, as part of the EU Industry Week 2021.
It will contribute to showcase the Cir©Lean Network as a concrete opportunity to unleash the potential of industrial symbiosis for European businesses.
The Cir©Lean Network, promoted by DG GROW, supports the set up and pilot phase of an innovative, entirely industry-led network of businesses and SMEs to seize industrial symbiosis business opportunities.
By joining this event you will:
- discover an opportunity for businesses, public authorities, public/private partnerships and business associations to engage in IS exchanges;
- Learn more about how to increase businesses competitiveness, foster green-growth and eco-innovation and shift to circular economy models;
- Get inspired to join the Cir©Lean Network to influence the future of IS in Europe by gaining access to the Cir©Lean methodology, online tools and label and being able to co-create them with the other members.
The virtual event will be highly interactive. It will open with a presentation of Cir©Lean’s main ambition and the potential of IS, followed by testimonials from selected members on the reasons for joining the network. A roundtable of speakers on the importance of Industrial Symbiosis for the EU Green Deal and an interactive discussion will follow.
